The lady in red. . . the fellows are crazy about the lady in red . . . how lovely and unusual. A Flamingo dancer comes to mind. |
 |
Pink is nice, sort of delicate by nature but what a 'snoz' to contend with . . the better to eat with my dear! |

This guy wants to play peek-a-boo. The caption was "I see you." |

How wonderful to know that our weather paints pictures for us to see. How unusual. It is nice to meet the winter face . |
Bob and Andrea were off to Sedona to celebrate Andrea's birthday . . . HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU. . . HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU....sure wish I could have been along to enjoy all the beautiful scenery. They had a great time and never complain of the lunches or the views. One of their favorite places and we are so lucky to be able to share as they took the camera along and made good use of it. Now if they could find a way to take us along next trip, I know I wouldn't complain.
Saturday, yard sale day for us. Pat and Erin worked hard this past week getting things ready. We had an open garage door yesterday as there was another sale on the street. We are advertised for today so the crowds will come. It was fun to meet and greet the folks. They did a lot of looking and quite a few things went out the door. It is always good to hear we have the neatest shop in town. Pat has an old 1940 table for sale, a metal one with a gray top and that got a lot of attention and a lot of words. It brought back memories to many who grew up eating from such a table. It came in several colors and one lady said that the table in their kitchen was a red one, another lady said hers was green. So whether it will go today or not we have yet to find out. It sure reminds me of those tables in the ice cream shops of years back. We have one elderly gentleman who comes to all our sales and he is great at telling us the names and manufacturers of the old glass ware. He walked over with several lovely pieces yesterday and is always open for a bargain. So I'm off to have my coffee and get over to meet and greet the folks. So, go out and find yourself a yard sale or two. Look for a treasure and find some beautiful piece of glassware or a lovely vase and bring it home to enjoy. I guarantee it will make you smile every time you look at it. Pick up a candy dish and fill it. . . enjoy one of the little things in life. Stay healthy and happy . . . don't forget the hugs. Hugs to all.
