Mornin!

Some folks in a Florida town love to go bowling and business has picked up a lot this year.

How true!

Angie sent this beautiful picture of Lake Tahoe up in Truckee area where she will soon leave behind as she moves on to Newport, Oregon.   She will love the change to ocean living I am sure, but I am also sure she is going to miss the high country she is leaving behind.   I still miss Nevada and all its beauty.

Lucky me, I have two sons, John and Michael.    I love each one and cherish their smiles, their hugs and can hardly wait for their next visits.

I keep telling you this on every blog.    I hope you feel comfortable in your own shoes.   I hope that you find the beauty and magic within yourselves and share YOU with all of your family, friends and foe alike. Just be YOU.

Hump Day and it seems to have taken a long time to get here this week.   Probably because I miss daughter Pat and her dropping by to visit or to take me out and about.    She is having a bit of vacation and enjoying the company of her sister and her daughter.    The weather breaking to warm has been good as I got in a walk this week and I also did a good hours work in the back yard.  The sun felt so good and the clippers were a bit rusty.  I have to find out what to use to make the garden tools come alive so I can get my clipping done.    Rocky came by and mowed the lawn but couldn't stay.  It was his day to go to all of his customers and just mow while the sun was shining.   He will come back and there is a lot of work that needs doing.      I am looking forward to a trip to a nursery to find some low growing colorful plants that do not have to be clipped.   I have a rock garden in mind.   Pa used to have two behind the garage in the house where I grew up and I remember riding in the wheel barrow to go over to the field and pick up some big rocks.   He had two rock gardens beside each other filled with sweet William both in white and purple colors.   I may try making one like one of those, can't be that hard.   So today, if your weather has turned spring-like, go outside, feel the sun on your face, pick up a little tan while your at it. and have a taste of spring.    Don't forget your good deed for today and remember someone out there is in need of your company today.   I wish it were me and you were coming in my door.    I'd remind you that you couldn't leave until you found ten pieces of this particular puzzle . . . it's a dandy.    Hugs to all.
