Warning


A new drug, lethal, more powerful than some of the drugs out there, dangerous, and released against the advice of the panels, FDA released it anyway . . . signs of the times, be careful what you put into your body;  you only have one and it is up to you to take good care of it.   There was an article about 'azodicarbonamide' a chemical to make shoes, yoga mats, and a variety of plastic products, and it is in over five hundred foods like hot dog buns, bagels,. pizza and tortillas.. . . so take time to read the labels.  There is suppose to be new labels coming out ;  be aware.


Don't laugh as you may find out if you do not practice those kegels there will come a  time that this is just an ordinary stop. 


A familiar thought in most families.  There is always one, or maybe two, who have earned this reputation.  I think everyone of us has a bit of this attitude, don't you?     


And we are forever grateful for that good old broom . . . what would we do without it?  Come to think of it, I have a bit of sweeping to do today as the birds have nested in the eaves and leave clumps of nesting material on the porch.

March First coming in with storms here on the coast.  In like a lion, out like a lamb, good . . . something to look forward to.    It is Saturday as well so that is like winning a small lottery....a down day, a day to rest and read.   I have to find a new book as the Patterson book was absorbed in two days, a fast read and a surprise ending.   
I was given a huge bunch of chard this past week and it should have lasted for a few more meals, but not when it is around me, all gone and it was delicious.   I have Jock to thank for it as he put in a little patch of chard in his garden.   Best of all, he shares . . . thanks Jock.    
Time to love and leave you.    Enjoy your weekend and spend your seconds improving you.   Take time out to catch up with yourself, be selfish today and work out all those kinks that slow you down.    Eat healthy, read the labels so you don't put chemicals into your body that may be the cause of all the strange and unhealthy illness that is around.    Exercise even if you have to dance in snow and rain.    Don't forget the facial muscles, check out the mirror and repeat after me....I love you.  . . that double chin is almost gone.    Hug a friend or foe and start March off with a hug and a smile.
