I never saw or heard of an albino zebra. This one has gray stripes and a white body. I'd say he, or she, is quite handsome. What's that song . . ''lovely to look at; delightful to see....' a real beauty.
My coffee is hot, the eyes are open, my brain hasn't kicked in all the way and my fingers seem to find all the wrong keys. It is Sunday, all day, and there are a few chores left to do after the Gallery meeting and party. The new slate is in, the sale a success and the food disappeared without to many crumbs left to clean up. Pam's Christmas mice and their stories went over big, as they should, as they were cute and clever and brought a big smile to your face. all in all I think the ladies are more than pleased with the end results of their hard work. Sheila called this morning to invite me to go help her pick out a real tree. It would have been fun but I had already committed to helping with the clean up work at the gallery. Sheila keeps the family tradition of going out and cutting down your own tree from a tree farm off on one of the islands here. I woke up with numb legs today so that means I have to go slow and easy for awhile. Old age is not for s sissy so I'll get tough and get over it. So no walking a lot for me today; I'll find a sit down job. So today, get up and get out there and do something good for yourself. Find good deeds to do. Make those in your world smile and bless the day you were born. Don't forget to smile with your eyes; hug as if there were no tomorrow and if that fails hum a lot and start all over again. Hugs to all. |
